Our story

Ivy Primary Prep was founded by local parents who wanted a hybrid of play and academically-focused programs. Our primary focus is on early childhood education. Ivy Primary Prep offers a nurturing environment for our students during their most critical years. By implementing high standards for both staff and our Little Ivies, we assist in the progression of curiosity and confidence that children need to be socially and academically prepared for school. We expose our students to various extracurricular activities and introduce them to a meticulous school curriculum.

The early years of childhood development are crucial when it comes to building a foundation. At Ivy Primary Prep, we want to push the boundaries for learning and challenge our children at a very young age. Toddlers can be exposed to so much more than just memorizing the alphabet and colors. With our small classroom size, our students are able to get the attention they need to stay engaged in their coursework. Ivy Primary Prep creates a foundation to ensure our children are prepared to navigate a changing world. With our unique approach to early education, we ensure our Little Ivies develop the necessary skills to embark on their futures.

Our Little Ivies develop strong academic and social skills through our interactive learning methods. Working with a team of architects, engineers, and educators, we were able to design the classrooms of tomorrow. To avoid repetition and the dreaded boredom this brings on, students migrate between differently themed rooms on subsequent school days, allowing time in between day sessions for cleaning and maintenance. The premise is that aligning educational topics to the theme of a room is both stimulating and safe for students and staff.
